We specialize in natural hair care and protective styling, with a strong focus on maintaining the long-term health of your hair. At KNAPPS, every service is delivered with intention and care. For a seamless guest experience, all services include a professional shampoo, conditioning treatment, and blow dry. Braiding hair is also included with all adult braid styles, so you can arrive with confidence knowing the essentials are covered. All first-time guests are required to book a New Guest Consultation, which includes a personalized hair assessment, shampoo, conditioning treatment, blow-dry, complimentary dusting trim, and recommendations for your healthy hair journey. Select consultations offer optional styling. Joining Our Waitlist? If an appointment becomes available, new guests without a card on file have 24 hours from receiving the booking link to confirm and submit a deposit. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service time.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total, which will be applied to the card on file.
No-show appointments, including missed appointments or arrivals after the 15 minute grace period, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Timely cancellations allow us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another guest and ensure our artists’ schedules remain full and balanced. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time dedicated to your service.
