Designed for first-time guests, this appointment includes a personalized consultation, moisturizing or protein treatment, complimentary dusting trim (full cuts are an additional charge), and recommendations for a healthy hair care regimen. If you'd like a finishing style, book the corresponding consultation option. Your Artist will recommend the healthiest style from Large Two Strand Twists, Flat Twists, Silk Press, or Wash & Go. Please Note: If your preferred style isn't recommended, your appointment cannot be reduced to a standard consultation because additional time has been reserved. Please book this option only if you're flexible and open to your Artist's recommendation. For Clip-Ins or Single Process Color, book the corresponding consultation. Color consultations must be scheduled within 2 weeks of your preferred color appointment.

Your appointment includes a shampoo, treatment, blow-dry, and personalized assessment of your hair's texture, density, length, color, and overall health. We'll recommend the best clip-ins and discuss customizations, including color matching and blending. If you'd like a finishing style, book the corresponding consultation option. Your Artist may recommend a Silk Press, Wash & Go, Flat Twists, or Large Two Strand Twists based on your hair's needs. If your preferred style isn't recommended, your appointment cannot be changed to a standard consultation, as additional time has been reserved. Please book this option only if you're open to your Artist's recommendation. Returning guests: If you've previously seen the Artist you're booking with, you may book a Clip-In Conversation instead to forgo the shampoo, treatment, and blow-dry. A Clip-In Consultation is required before booking a Clip-In Installation.

Achieve added length and volume with a seamless, natural-looking clip-in installation with custom blending and styling. A full trim/shaping is included, but you have the option to add on a detailed cut if you'd like a more in depth or creative cut for your final look. Please note: • A Clip-In Consultation is required prior to booking this service. • Please arrive with the recommended clip-in extensions discussed during your consultation.

Add length, volume, and versatility while allowing a portion of your natural hair to remain out for a seamless blend. Final look will be trimmed/cut and styled to achieve your desired finished look. Please Note: Wig is not included. Please arrive with a wig that properly fits your head size and preferred finished texture and color.

Returning guests: If you've previously seen the Artist you're booking, you may book a Color Conversation instead to forego the shampoo, treatment, and blow-dry.

Refresh or enhance your hair color with a customized single-process color service designed with the health of your hair in mind. This service includes: • Personalized color formulation • Single-process color application • Shampoo and conditioning + hydration treatment • Complimentary blow-dry included if desired Please note: • A Single Process Color Consultation is required before booking this service. • Additional services, corrective color, toning, or multiple bowls of color may require additional time and pricing. We will do our best to share the most accurate process and pricing during the consultation, but note that some things may not be able to be assessed until the actual appointment. • Please arrive to your appointment with hair detangled, stretched, and free of product. Although hair should be generally clean, we do not recommend freshly washed hair as color can potentially irritate the scalp. • Be sure to add your desired style as an additional service when booking.

Your artist will review your desired style, length, size, design, and other details needed to determine the service requirements. Please note: The time and price shown when booking are starting estimates. After reviewing your inspiration, we’ll provide your final appointment time, service price, and details for any hair you’ll need to bring. Your appointment will be confirmed once these details have been reviewed with you.

A lightweight, natural-looking braid extension service designed to add fullness and versatility while maintaining access to your natural hair. Please note: • A minimum of 4 inches of natural hair is required. The rate for this style will be based on your natural hair length. • For a fuller result, we recommend bringing 4 bundles of human hair, at least 20 inches long. Once the appointment confirmed, your Artist will reach out to you to align on your desired look and provide recommendations for hair. • Hair is not included and must be provided by the guest.

Emergency appointments are for guests needing priority, last-minute availability. All emergency bookings are treated as requests and are not automatically confirmed. How It Works: If you do not see availability on your preferred artist’s calendar, select this service and choose KNAPPS Hair Studio as the artist. Select the appropriate emergency option and book your preferred date. A 50% emergency fee deposit is required at the time of request. Once Submitted: If your preferred artist can accommodate between 9am–5pm on your requested date, the appointment will be moved to their calendar and marked confirmed. Your artist will then contact you to finalize style details. Notes: Emergency requests receive priority over waitlist clients. Emergency fees do not apply to the final service total. If a confirmed emergency appointment is canceled, the standard cancellation policy applies. If the request cannot be accommodated, it will be canceled and the deposit refunded.
